This website describes painting services offered by Dr. Handyman Service in Miami-Dade and Broward. Content is provided for information and does not create a contract on its own.
Requests and bookings
Submitting a request through the Assistant is a request only. An appointment is confirmed when our central booking is completed and the confirmation is delivered to our team. Until then, treat any date discussed as tentative.
Estimates and scope
Estimates are based on the surfaces, condition and access described or observed at the walkthrough. Conditions found after work begins, such as hidden damage or failing coatings, may change scope, price or timing. We review any change with you before proceeding.
Imagery
Before and after images on this site are clearly labeled illustrative examples. They are not photographs of customer projects and do not represent any specific result.
Scheduling and weather
Exterior painting depends on weather and surface moisture. Rain, high humidity or site conditions may require rescheduling to protect the finish.
