How it works

A prep-first painting process with no guesswork

Most paint problems come from skipped preparation. Here is how a project runs from first request to final walkthrough.

  1. 1

    Request

Open the Assistant and tell us the property type, rooms or surfaces, and the timing you have in mind.

  2. 2

    Walkthrough & Estimate

We review scope, surface condition, colors and finishes, then provide a written estimate before any work starts.

  3. 3

    Prep & Protect

Furniture covered, floors protected, hardware removed or masked, surfaces cleaned, patched, caulked and sanded.

  4. 4

    Prime & Paint

Spot or full priming where the surface calls for it, then even coats applied with the right tool for each surface.

  5. 5

    Walkthrough & Cleanup

We inspect the work with you, handle touch-ups, reinstall hardware and leave the space clean.

Preparing your space

What helps the crew work faster

None of this is required, but it shortens the job and protects your belongings.

  • Take down wall art, mirrors, curtains and shelving where you can.
  • Move fragile or high-value items out of the work area.
  • Decide colors and sheens ahead of the start date, or ask for sample boards.
  • Plan for pets and parking, and let us know about building access rules.

Start with a walkthrough

Tell the Assistant what needs painting and when you would like it done.
